Justworks is hiring a Senior International Onboarding Specialist to own the technical and operational setup for international hires, including employment agreements, statutory policies, local enrollments, and Day 1 compliance. The role also involves recommending supplemental services, improving onboarding journeys, collaborating with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Operations, and Product, driving automation, supporting new-market expansion, and managing timelines and SLAs. Candidates need at least five years of onboarding or implementation experience, with EOR or international hiring experience preferred, along with strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills. The position is based in the Mexico City office and offers a hybrid arrangement.
