Ironclad Defense Works is hiring a Senior Operational Analysis / Operations Research Analyst in Norfolk, Virginia, to support NATO Allied Command Transformation. The role applies quantitative and qualitative operations research and operational analysis methods to evaluate courses of action, alternatives, costs, schedules, risks, and operational effectiveness, and to develop recommendations for senior decision-makers. It requires an active secret or higher clearance, a relevant quantitative degree or extensive experience, and recent experience leading analytical studies and stakeholder engagements. The position is full-time and on-site, with up to 60 days of travel annually, and offers $120,000–$145,000 annually plus medical and dental insurance and other benefits.
