Description
The Operational Data Analyst will collect, cleanse, and validate operational data from ERP, CRM, logistics, and other systems; develop dashboards and reports; analyze trends and process improvements; support forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation; and automate reporting workflows using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python. The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, 4 to 8 years of professional experience, advanced English, and experience in order management, logistics, or manufacturing operations, with knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma and familiarity with automation tools.
