Description
The Senior Operations Administrator serves as a lead resource for logistics operations, handling complex billing, revenue, cost, carrier payment, and freight-rate matters. The role resolves customer and carrier billing issues, audits financial data, coordinates carrier invoices, supports revenue and margin enhancement, develops billing and cost-estimate processes, and provides customer service to carriers and internal customers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or 7–8 years of profession-based experience, and offers a base salary of up to $61,000 per year plus bonus eligibility and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
