Description
Arm is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support Technology IP and Central Engineering organizations within its Solutions Engineering Group. The role partners with engineering leadership, capacity management, finance, recruiting, and other stakeholders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, hiring coordination, contractor needs, capacity tracking, operational reporting, organizational cadences, risk and dependency tracking, and process improvement. A bachelor's degree and experience in operations management, workforce or resource planning, or engineering operations in the semiconductor industry are required; experience with semiconductor design environments, analytics tools, AI automation, IP/SoC/compute teams, or ASIC design is advantageous. The position is hybrid, with a stated annual salary range of $80,750 to $109,250.
