Description
Flexport is hiring a Senior Operations Associate to manage end-to-end ocean freight operations, including FCL and LCL imports and exports, within a regional network. The role serves as a primary client and escalation contact, supports account management and supply chain growth, monitors operational performance, troubleshoots exceptions, and helps build and optimize processes and teams. It requires a BA/BS degree and at least three years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ocean carrier operations, or consulting.
