The role oversees service-level monitoring, shift management and rostering, resource planning, contingency scheduling, workforce tracking, reporting, compliance audits, escalation handling, training allocation, and operational project support. It requires several years of experience in operations leadership, coordination, call centre supervision, or customer or client operations support, along with strong scheduling, spreadsheet, data-tracking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
