Description
The role leads daily operations across engineering/CAD, production, scheduling, purchasing, logistics, and field installation at two locations. Responsibilities include running operating cadences, validating capacity and delivery commitments, managing production schedules and inter-site logistics, holding department leaders accountable, reducing rework, leading safety and OSHA compliance, managing labor productivity and direct-labor costs, and developing operational bench coverage and succession plans. The position requires 7–10 years of operations leadership in custom manufacturing or a related make-to-order trade, including at least three years managing managers, plus multi-site production and field/installation experience, manufacturing financial expertise, and safety and OSHA compliance experience.
