Description
Commure is hiring a Senior Operations Manager, Air (EHR) to own the end-to-end onboarding and launch of new customers on Athelas Air (EHR). The role partners with Engineering and Launch, develops launch playbooks and technical specifications, leads cross-functional implementation teams, coordinates stakeholders, builds operational tooling, and supports go-live adoption. It is a full-time position requiring five days per week in the Mountain View, California office, with a STEM-related degree or equivalent technical training and at least five years of implementation, product operations, or operations experience in SaaS or HealthTech.
