Description
Commure is hiring an operational owner for Ambient EHR integrations across its enterprise health system portfolio. The role coordinates integration launches from kickoff through go-live and stabilization, triages and escalates production issues, monitors sync health, documents runbooks and escalation workflows, and reports to executive stakeholders. It requires 8–10 years of operations experience, strong triage and documentation skills, and knowledge of EHR integration fundamentals; experience with ambient AI, major EHR platforms, APIs, authentication, and enterprise IT launches is preferred.
