Description
Commure is hiring a senior operations leader to serve as the decision-maker and process architect for requests outside standard product boundaries. The role owns EHR credentialing operations for a four-person team, automates workflows, tracks cycle time and error metrics, and supports Business Operations through onboarding, offboarding, and documentation workflows. Responsibilities include codifying exception triage, credentialing, and BizOps playbooks, using SQL, BI, Retool, and Vercel, and establishing operating cadence through reviews, SLA reports, and cross-functional syncs. The role requires 5–8 years of operations experience, team management, SQL and BI or internal tooling experience, and strong process design and communication skills.
