Amazon is hiring a Senior Operations Manager to own the operational excellence and end-to-end P&L for its London data-services site, leading more than 200 data associates. The role combines multi-year operational strategy, workforce and capacity planning, quality and defect management, automation and process improvement, leadership development, retention and engagement initiatives, and executive reporting. Candidates need a quantitative bachelor's degree, operations-management experience, P&L and capacity-planning experience, and familiarity with strategy execution; an MBA and experience with Six Sigma, automation, data-analysis tools, or AI/ML data operations are preferred.
