Amazon is hiring a Senior Operations Manager to own the operational excellence and end-to-end P&L for its London data-services site, leading more than 200 data associates. The role combines multi-year operational strategy, workforce and capacity planning, quality and defect management, automation and process improvement, leadership development, retention and engagement initiatives, and executive reporting. Candidates need a quantitative bachelor's degree, P&L and large-team experience, and experience with operations planning, strategy execution, and process improvement; preferred qualifications include advanced quantitative education, Six Sigma or lean experience, data-analysis tools, and AI/ML data operations experience.
