Description
The Senior Operations Manager supports property teams and senior leadership with day-to-day site operations, interim property management coverage, operational due diligence, management transitions, lease-ups, stabilization, audits, team development, performance analysis, and implementation of operational systems. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of progressive property management experience including two years at a residential Class A apartment building, supervisory experience, financial and legal knowledge, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager and Yardi CRM. The position offers a Virginia salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 USD, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401K match, and other employee perks.
