Evergen is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Operations Manager in Alachua, Florida. The role oversees processing activities, production output, quality, regulatory compliance, lean initiatives, KPIs, employee performance, safety, corrective actions, and coordination with product development, planning, engineering, and quality teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, at least seven years of manufacturing or regulated-environment experience, and at least five years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment. It offers an annual CIP bonus opportunity of up to $25,000.00 and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
