The role manages 300+ associates, including 10 salaried employees, and is responsible for D2C and B2B fulfillment operations, inventory and shipping, KPI monitoring, safety, budgeting, cost control, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience in large-scale fulfillment or distribution leadership, strong operational and financial skills, and familiarity with warehouse management systems. The position is onsite and offers a base salary of $127,000–$159,000 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
