The role develops strategic plans, leads and mentors operations teams, optimizes processes, collaborates with procurement, logistics, and finance, monitors KPIs, manages operational risks, and ensures compliance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field, senior supply chain or logistics operations experience, data and analytics experience, knowledge of industry regulations, and experience with vendor management and contract negotiation. The role pays $115,000–$135,000 per year plus variable pay and includes medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
