Lowe’s is hiring a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the flow of product through a distribution or warehouse facility. The role supervises supervisors, forecasts production volume, adjusts resources to meet demand, resolves escalated operational issues, communicates workload plans, and helps achieve key performance indicators. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and either three years of distribution center operations experience or seven years of warehouse operations experience, along with leadership, safety, mentoring, Microsoft Office, and warehouse management system experience. The schedule is Friday through Sunday from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m., including pre-shift and post-shift, with possible additional morning, afternoon, night, or weekend work.
