Reporting to the General Manager, the role leads a tiered management team, drives operational excellence, resource and budget optimization, continuous improvement, health and safety compliance, and service delivery. The position requires senior management experience in large-scale operations or fulfillment, IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent, strong communication and numerical skills, and experience managing budgets, resource planning, and variance analysis.
