Port Jersey Logistics Network is hiring a Senior Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of a high-volume, dedicated customer warehouse operation. The role is hands-on and floor-focused, overseeing receiving, inventory control, picking, quality assurance, outbound shipping, labor efficiency, throughput, KPIs, process improvement, safety, and the development of Assistant Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads. Candidates need 5–8+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume warehousing, distribution, or contract logistics, along with experience leading managers and supervisors, WMS and labor-management tools, KPI analysis, and root-cause problem solving.
