Rent the Runway is hiring a Senior Manager of Operations to lead all Inbound functions at its Arlington Distribution Center. The role oversees daily warehouse inbound operations, safety, quality, throughput, turnaround, staffing, budgets, KPIs, standard operating procedures, audits, continuous improvement, warehouse layout, and operational planning. It manages and develops Operations Managers and requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, manufacturing, or supply chain, at least five years of relevant operations or supply chain experience, five years of supervisory or management experience, strong analytical ability, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
