Weee! is hiring a Senior Operations Manager to oversee its flagship New Jersey operation across two facilities. The role leads warehouse inbound, outbound, inventory, quality control, labor planning, WMS and productivity systems, safety and compliance, and operating-cost management while recruiting, coaching, and scheduling warehouse teams. It is onsite five days per week in Clifton, New Jersey, and offers a full-time base salary of $117,000 to $138,000 plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.
