The Senior Route Manager oversees the onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of drivers and helpers, while maintaining relationships with frontline employees and spending most of the day in the field. The role also handles root-cause investigations, regulatory documentation, route-operation audits, and customer-site safety evaluations. Required qualifications include an associate's degree or equivalent, a high school diploma or GED, two years of relevant work experience, legal work eligibility, and a valid driver's license upon hire.
