Description
Legora is hiring a founding ESG Manager to build and own its ESG function from scratch. The role covers CSRD reporting, carbon accounting, datacentre climate footprint, carbon offsets, audit readiness, and client-facing ESG due diligence, with AI-automated reporting workflows. It requires 8+ years of ESG, sustainability, compliance, or operating experience, strong AI and datacentre fluency, and the ability to represent Legora to client leadership. The position reports to the VP of Operations and is based in Legora’s Stockholm office.
