Freenow by Lyft is hiring a Senior Operations Manager in Dublin to own the operational performance and growth of its Irish marketplace. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role leads a team of three and combines hands-on operational leadership with data-driven problem solving, marketplace analysis, driver engagement initiatives, and cross-functional project management. The manager will monitor operational KPIs, improve supply and fulfillment, coach operations executives, analyze marketplace and driver data, monitor the Irish market, and lead initiatives involving product, marketing, public affairs, and other stakeholders.
