Description
Carvana is hiring a Reconditioning Lead to oversee multiple reconditioning lines in an Inspection & Reconditioning Center, plan full-shift production, manage facilities and performance targets, resolve bottlenecks, lead continuous-improvement and employee-development initiatives, and enforce safety and operational standards. The role requires leading more than 50 associates, at least 8 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, English proficiency, and the ability to work variable schedules and perform physically demanding work.
