Description
The Senior Operations Program Manager (OPM) owns factory readiness, production launch, and sustained operations for assigned programs at the DFW11 facility in Dallas, Texas. The role coordinates planning, materials, site technical, and Contract Manufacturer resources; manages schedules and costs; escalates manufacturing, equipment, quality, and validation risks; oversees CM contractors and suppliers; leads daily program standups; drives Lean and Six Sigma improvements; and manages Engineering Change Orders. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least six years of program execution experience, and five or more years in high-volume manufacturing or sourcing environments. The base salary is 148,700.00–201,200.00 USD annually, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
