The CoreAI Senior Operations Program Manager leads end-to-end procurement operations for external staffing and third-party software, including outsourcing strategy, vendor consolidation, strategic sourcing, cost optimization, contract and spend management, risk and budget tracking, procurement governance, supplier performance, and supplier partnerships. The role requires a bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field plus 4+ years of program management, process management, or process improvement experience, or equivalent experience, along with Microsoft Cloud background-check eligibility. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD 97,600–188,400 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan areas.
