Description
The Senior Operations Specialist plans and manages operational initiatives to improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of study delivery to sponsors. The role leads process evaluation, root-cause problem solving, process design, change management, internal communication, risk mitigation, documentation, performance metrics, training, and adoption monitoring. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5–7 years of change management, operations support, and process improvement experience, and experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology drug development. The position works independently with minimal oversight, collaborates across stakeholders, and may require travel.
