Description
The Senior Operations Supervisor manages assigned Operations Supervisors, Customer Service Specialists, drivers, and commercial equipment; oversees driver dispatch and attendance; tracks pickups and deliveries; monitors the trailer pool and coordinates repairs; ensures compliance with federal and state transportation regulations; coaches team members; and recommends productivity or profitability improvements. The role requires 5+ years of logistics or transportation experience, Microsoft Office competency, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
