Description
Argent Energy is hiring a Senior Operator to support the Team Leader in safely and efficiently operating a biodiesel pre-treatment plant. The role involves meeting KPI targets, maintaining HSEQ compliance, troubleshooting operational issues, mentoring operators, maintaining shift records, and supporting preventative maintenance. It follows a 4 days on (2 days and 2 nights), 6 days off shift pattern and requires relevant process or safety training, 3–5 years of chemical manufacturing or processing experience, and familiarity with process equipment, safe systems of work, and SHE legislation.
