Nox Metals is hiring a Senior Operator to report directly to the CEO and manage all business functions while helping the company scale. The role involves AI coding, team leadership and hiring, factory establishment, financial management, travel, and autonomous execution. Candidates should have scaled a startup, managed a team of more than 25, supported a CEO or leader in a high-growth company, operated in a startup environment, and built new products or services. The position is full-time and in person, based in Los Angeles and/or Detroit.
