Pregis is hiring a full-time Senior Operator for its Cold Chain pilot equipment department in Roselle, Illinois. The role leads production crews, operates and troubleshoots converting-line equipment, performs minor mechanical repairs, maintains productivity, waste, and quality standards, supports continuous improvement, and trains other employees. It requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong inline finishing and line-operation skills, and the ability to work safely in a hot, humid, noisy environment. The position is first-shift with overtime expected and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
