Pregis is hiring a Senior Operator for its Elgin, Illinois manufacturing facility. The role leads production crews, operates converting, printing, finishing, gluing, labeling, and rotary-cutting equipment, performs setups and minor mechanical adjustments, troubleshoots production issues, maintains quality and productivity standards, and supports continuous improvement. It follows a 2-2-3 rotating night-shift schedule and pays $24.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience, with an up-to-$5,000 sign-on bonus. A high school diploma or GED is required, while 5-7 years of relevant production experience and advanced machine-operation and troubleshooting skills are preferred.
