Description
The Senior Operator leads and performs advanced manufacturing, equipment operation, setup, material handling, troubleshooting, quality inspection, workflow coordination, and training across production areas. The role operates specialized metal-building equipment, mentors Operators and Technicians, supports continuous improvement, and ensures products meet engineering, safety, quality, and efficiency standards. It is primarily performed in a manufacturing environment with physical demands including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 55 pounds, and may require up to 5% travel.
