Description
CoMind is hiring a Senior Optical Research Scientist to lead experimental development and validation of non-invasive neuromonitoring systems. The role involves designing and running laboratory, phantom, benchtop, and in-vivo experiments; developing tissue-mimicking phantoms; acquiring and analysing physiological data; troubleshooting device performance; and translating experimental findings into product and technical decisions. The position requires at least five years of experience in laboratory testing and biomedical measurement systems, with a background in physics, medical physics, biomedical engineering, optical engineering, or biomedical optics. The role is based at CoMind’s Kings Cross offices, with at least four days per week in the office and one flexible work-from-home day.
