Adyen is hiring a Senior Optimization Data Analyst to lead complex merchant engagements in risk, fraud, and machine-learning-driven payment optimization. The role analyzes large-scale transactional and risk-model data, develops analytical methodology and reusable frameworks, collaborates with product and commercial teams, builds scalable data products and automation, and mentors other analysts. It requires 10+ years of relevant experience, strong Python, SQL, PySpark, and statistical expertise, and is based in the Chicago office with an office-first expectation of working in-office at least three days per week.
