Launch Potato is hiring a Performance Marketing/CRO Execution Specialist to execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests across high-traffic campaigns. The role owns test execution, QA and launch reliability, multi-variable analysis, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional handoffs, with a focus on lead-form categories such as financial services, home services, and insurance. Candidates need at least five years of experience in performance marketing or CRO execution, familiarity with A/B testing, analytics platforms, and UI/UX optimization, and strong communication across Copy, Design, and Media teams. The position offers a base salary of $100,000–$120,000 per year plus profit-sharing bonus and competitive benefits.
