Launch Potato is hiring a Performance Marketing/CRO Execution Specialist to execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests across high-traffic campaigns. The role owns test execution, QA, launch reliability, multi-variable analysis, reporting, and continuous iteration, while collaborating with Copy, Design, and Media teams. Candidates need at least five years of experience in performance marketing or CRO execution, familiarity with lead-form categories, A/B testing, analytics platforms, and UI/UX optimization. The position offers a base salary of $100,000–$120,000 per year plus profit-sharing bonus and competitive benefits.
