Description
Iambic Therapeutics is seeking a Senior or Executive Medical Director to lead clinical and medical development for early-stage oncology programs from IND-enabling activities through first-in-human and early efficacy studies. The role owns clinical strategy, IND submissions, Phase 1 and early-phase trial design, safety oversight, investigator and site engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with regulatory, translational, AI/ML, and clinical operations teams. The position is based in San Diego and requires an M.D., D.O., or international equivalent, along with meaningful drug-development experience, IND and Phase 1 oncology trial experience, and oncology therapeutic knowledge.
