Workday is hiring a Senior or Principal Full Stack Software Engineer for its Agent Factory team to build and operate user-facing and platform experiences for AI agents embedded in HR and financial workflows. The role owns features from development through production, collaborates with machine learning, product, and platform teams, and contributes to engineering practices and mentorship. Candidates need extensive software engineering experience, web development frameworks, React and TypeScript, relational databases, cloud and distributed-systems knowledge, and containerization experience. The primary location is Vancouver, British Columbia, with a flexible work arrangement requiring at least 50% office or field time each quarter.
