Micron Technology is hiring for multiple Senior/Staff/Principal/Technical Staff Engineer roles focused on semiconductor technology development. The role leads the design and deployment of physics-based, machine learning, and LLM-powered modeling solutions for process, packaging, and manufacturing workflows; architects agentic AI systems; improves model performance through benchmarking and RLHF; and translates modeling results into actionable insights. Candidates need a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in a relevant field, experience with large datasets and AI/ML systems, and experience deploying ML pipelines on cloud platforms.
