Description
Base is hiring a senior or staff-level frontend engineer to lead development of its customer-facing web and mobile applications. The role owns major product surfaces, sets frontend architecture and technical standards, partners with product, design, and backend teams, mentors engineers, and uses analytics and experimentation to improve the member experience. Candidates need at least seven years of production frontend or full-stack experience, deep TypeScript and modern web-framework expertise, experience architecting complex systems, and a record of owning products from concept through launch and iteration.
