The role leads data platform transformation, ETL and data integration initiatives, technical discussions with cross-functional stakeholders, and mentorship of junior engineers, while applying AI and automation to improve software development and operational efficiency. Candidates need at least six years of Oracle database experience, strong PL/SQL and database architecture knowledge, experience with Oracle Exadata or RAC, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
