Next Generation, Inc. is hiring a Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Lead for a hybrid role requiring 60–70% onsite work in Nashville. The position leads end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations, including functional design, requirements workshops, U.S. and Canadian payroll expertise, Fast Formula development, data migration, integrations, testing, go-live support, training, and documentation. Candidates need at least seven years of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll experience, five or more Oracle Cloud Payroll engagements with at least two as Payroll Functional Lead, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The role offers medical, dental, and vision insurance and a competitive FTE salary range of approximately $180,000–$200,000 USD.
