Next Generation, Inc. is hiring a Senior Oracle Payroll Integrations Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise payroll integrations across Oracle HCM Cloud/EBS and systems such as HRIS, benefits, finance, tax, banking, and time and attendance. The role focuses on payroll data flows, Oracle Payroll data-model expertise, PL/SQL and SQL development, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OIC or comparable middleware, APIs, SFTP, performance tuning, testing, compliance, observability, documentation, and mentorship. It is a remote position with possible client site visits and offers a competitive FTE salary range of $130,000-$150,000 USD.
