Description

CACI is hiring a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support the Department of the Air Force EITaaS Program, leading change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, training support, and adoption analytics for modernized IT services in a fast-moving, matrixed environment. The role requires an adjudicated Secret Clearance, extensive OCM experience, and the ability to work across Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery settings, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. The position is full time, requires up to 25% travel within the Continental United States, and offers a salary range of $82,100 to $172,400.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred as a substitute for 5 years of relevant experience
Required Previous Experiences: 12+ years of relevant experience
5 years of relevant experience may be substituted by a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications: Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner
Experience with IT asset management tools such as ServiceNow ITAM or Flexera
ITIL familiarity
Instructional design, project management, or IT certifications such as PMP, CPLP, ATD, ITIL Expert, or ServiceNow ITAM specialist
Understanding of IT service management, ITIL frameworks, and IT infrastructure
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Strong interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence
