Description
The Senior OT/IT Data Specialist will support the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of a Smart Factory Data Backbone platform across manufacturing locations. The role bridges industrial automation, OT/IT networking, industrial data engineering, and modern software platforms, integrating shop-floor equipment, PLCs, and OT systems with edge, enterprise IT, and cloud services. Responsibilities include infrastructure and Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments, industrial protocol integration, data pipelines, data modeling, validation, troubleshooting, acceptance testing, risk assessments, data governance, documentation, vendor coordination, and knowledge transfer. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least seven years of relevant experience, and willingness to travel internationally, including to Denmark and manufacturing sites.
