Inetum is hiring a Senior OutSystems Developer/Tech Lead to guide development teams in designing and building scalable, high-quality low-code solutions using the OutSystems platform. The role covers application lifecycle leadership, architectural decisions, code reviews, stakeholder collaboration, delivery-process improvement, and technical mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of OutSystems project experience for the senior developer component and two years of OutSystems technical leadership experience for the tech lead component, along with specified OutSystems certifications and software engineering experience. The position offers a hybrid model that is mostly remote, with access to the Lisbon or Porto offices.
