Description
The role supports outsourced reinsurance services for PoloWorks clients by administering, accounting for, and reporting proportional and excess-of-loss and facultative reinsurance arrangements. Responsibilities include preparing reinsurance statements and accounts, processing premiums and transactions, reconciling balances, reviewing treaty documentation, supporting onboarding and UAT, producing client reports, and liaising with brokers, reinsurers, and internal teams. The position requires London Market or Lloyd's experience, outsourced reinsurance operations experience, knowledge of Lloyd's reporting requirements, UAT experience, exposure to reinsurance or policy administration systems, attention to detail, and intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
